As you saidthere most have been some meaning, why two angels should confirm the ascension of Jesus, and I agree with Cindy,and her observations, But I think there is something more, - as you have seen, they may have confirmed something, but what ?If you read my letter under here, I think it is the same two Angels, that Maria saw in the empty tomb. After Jesus have been baptized in Jordan River of John the baptizer. The Holy Spirit in bodily shape of an Dove, came down over Jesus, and a voice from Heaven said: Thou art My beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.
And then after to have been full of the Holy Spirit, - the Spirit led Jesus to the wildernes, where He in forty days have been tempted of the devil, - but Jesus overcame the devil. - And full of Spirit He went back to Nazareth, an
He goes to the synagogue on the Sabbath day. They gave Him the book of Isaiah, He opened the book and He talked to them, out from chapter 61:1.v. and the first half part of verse 2. - (the rest is still future, but close now)
He told the fellowship what He have come for, - and ended with a proclamation of - the acceptable year. - We know what happened, and we know He died at the cross on Golgotha, with His blood, paying the price for our sin to set us free, all who would believe.
But He also proclamed the acceptable year, its the time we all live in rigth now. If He not have done this, all who not have believed in Him and His sacrifice, would have died on the very same day as He did, but without any redemption or salvation.
When the Lord gave Moses instruct for the Arch of Covenant, He also instructed him about the Mercy Seat of pure Gold, who should lay upon the Arch. - Exedus 25. - The place where God would meet Moses and Aaron for to give instructions about the people. - It was a place where the Almeigthy God would take against the offer for sin, and show His Mercy.
That morning when Maria Magdalena and the other women, went out to the tomb, where they have laid Jesus, when He was death. They found the tomb open and empty, and they run home to the disciples and told that someone have stolen the body of Jesus. Peter and John run out for to look, and understood, - Maria Magdalena
have followed, and when the disciples run back, she was still crying, looking at the empty tomb.
Try to understand how much Maria loved Jesus, did we love Him on that way ? - and Jesus He knowed it, - so He gave Maria a great revelation, when she looked into the empty tomb, - she saw the place where He have laid, - but she also saw to angels - one in the head end, and one in the feet end - and the place where Jesus have laid was - BETWEEN THEM - Maria saw the - NEW MERCY SEAT - It have now been a person, - JESUS CHRIST !
And when she would go home, - she saw the Lord Himself, - as He have said, when He called Lazarus from the death - John 11:40.v. and He send her home with a message to the disciples.

Exodus 25: 1-22.v.
25:1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,25:2 "Speak to the children of Israel, that they take an offering for me. From everyone whose heart makes him willing you shall take my offering.
25:3 This is the offering which you shall take from them: gold, silver, brass,
25:4 blue, purple, scarlet, fine linen, goats' hair,
25:5 rams' skins dyed red, sea cow hides, acacia wood,
25:6 oil for the light, spices for the anointing oil and for the sweet incense,
25:7 onyx stones, and stones to be set for the ephod and for the breastplate.
25:8 Let them make me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them.
25:9 According to all that I show you, the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all of its furniture, even so you shall make it.
25:10 "They shall make an ark of acacia wood. Its length shall be two and a half cubits, its breadth a cubit and a half, and a cubit and a half its height.
25:11 You shall overlay it with pure gold. You shall overlay it inside and outside, and you shall make a gold molding around it.
25:12 You shall cast four rings of gold for it, and put them in its four feet. Two rings shall be on the one side of it, and two rings on the other side of it.
25:13 You shall make poles of acacia wood, and overlay them with gold.
25:14 You shall put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark to carry the ark.
25:15 The poles shall be in the rings of the ark. They shall not be taken from it.
25:16 You shall put the testimony which I shall give you into the ark.
25:17 You shall make a mercy seat of pure gold. Two and a half cubits shall be its length, and a cubit and a half its breadth.
25:18 You shall make two cherubim of hammered gold. You shall make them at the two ends of the mercy seat.
25:19 Make one cherub at the one end, and one cherub at the other end. You shall make the cherubim on its two ends of one piece with the mercy seat.
25:20 The cherubim shall spread out their wings upward, covering the mercy seat with their wings, with their faces toward one another. The faces of the cherubim shall be toward the mercy seat.
25:21 You shall put the mercy seat on top of the ark, and in the ark you shall put the testimony that I will give you.
25:22 There I will meet with you, and I will tell you from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim which are on the ark of the testimony, all that I command you for the children of Israel."
