Dear John and Doves:

It's been well emphasized that 2007 is the 40th year since Israel took the
control of Jerusalem. However, it should be emphasized as well that 2007 is
the 40th year since Israel turned over the Temple Mount, the most sacred
place, to Islam.

I believe that satan tries to achieve two main goals through the final
peace treaty. (1) To let Israel divide Jerusalem (2) To let Israel build
the Third Temple side by side with the Dome of Rock.
"Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be
partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils." (1 COR.10:21)
"And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that
believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with
idols?" (2COR.6:15-16)
Satan tempts the chosen people to be totally failed by disbelief and
disobedience, so that the Lord's return shall be prevented. Ofcourse there
are different opinions whether or not the Third Temple will be built next
to the Dome of Rock. In my opinion though, it will happen as Ezekiel
prophesied.
Number 40 represents test and trial, and Israel supposed to learn the truth
within that period since they turned over the Temple Mount, yet they'll
fail. But God allows the tragic mistake repeated, and through the double
fatal mistake God wants to teach the lesson and let them discover the
truth. Ultimately they'll repent and come back to the Lord. One might ask,
however, if God allows the Third Temple to be built next to the idol,
doesn't it mean that God is defeated? Not so. The Third Temple that will be
built by stones is no longer the temple where God resides. Ever since Holy
Spirit came down on the day of Pentecost, a believer in Christ is real
temple.
According to a booklet that was written by a messianic Jewish, God restored
the Aaronic priesthood through John the Baptist, and through the Baptism in
Jordan River God let the mantle of the Aaronic priesthood transfer to
Yeshua who is the High Priest in the order of the Melchizedek Priesthood.
It means that true believers who become one with the Lord are priests in
the order of the Melchizedek Priesthood. Wow!

Anyhow, 2007 is the 40th year since Israel not only liberated Jerusalem,
but also turned over the Temple Mount. No matter which way you look at it,
this must be the year that we're going home.
