Regarding a mistake in:  Steve Berryman’s post of April 9^th:

Doesn’t he mean scepter here??  Perhaps he might want to change it ?? 

....The name Israel (Jacob's name) was placed on the head of Joseph's children, Gen 48:16.  They were to be great nations in the last days, with the younger, Ephraim, being greater, a multitude of nations (states).  They were given a double portion of blessing above the other children.  They were given the great material blessing of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, i.e. numbers, strength, wealth, power etc. Judah received the sepulcher scepter, therefore the bloodline of Christ.  Gen 49:26 is a treasure chest of information concerning the christian character of Joseph as well vs 24.  Ezekial 37:9 tells us the stick of Joseph is in the hand of Ephraim.  Look to Ephraim for the clues that God has given us.
