"RE: Donna"

To:  Donna Danna, re:  your muscles pains..

Dear Donna,,,,,yes I am praying for your muscles, but have this also to adivse…you say that your muscles and tendons started hurting after some heavy work on your feet….you may be very low in magnesium,,,which is the mineral responsible for muscle relaxation and sleep relaxation……You should get a supplement of magnesium at your pharmacy, vitamin section, and start taking them……as well as eating nuts / seeds which have much magnesium…then..also take two or three Epsom salt baths per week………………people used to, in the early 20th century, go to the “baths” or natural water spas, for “rest cures”,,,the key to their feeling so much better was the large amount of magnesium in those natural hot spas….today, our foods are terribly deficient in magnesium, due to over-use of the top soil in agriculture (God handled this by having the land to have its Sabbaths every seventh year)……read this page:

4: Magnesium & a Dill Pickle Every Day
Judith from Columbus IN writes, "Magnesium cured excrutiating leg cramps in mostly right leg & dill pickle relieved leg, feet, ankle cramps or "tightening" & big toe stiffening, not 'painful' exactly, but verrrrrrry uncomfortable. My podiatrist recommended Maginex magnesium supplement about 18 months ago & I have not had a BAD leg cramp since. The past several weeks, my left leg started tighening up, severely, every night, also with my big toe bending straight up & unmoveable until it decided to do it on it's own. I could not even bend it down with my hand. The tightening--that's the only way to describe it, was not nearly as bad as the cramps I use to get, but I was waking up 6-7 times a night with it & not much I could do to help it or get rid of it. My doctor suggested eating a dill pickle every day. She said she had heard it really worked & I was ready to try anything. Since the very first night after eating a Claussen dill pickle I have not had the near-cramping or tightening. A couple of times I have woke up & thought it was going to happen but I was able to "work it out" before it got very far. I have faith in the pickle juice!!"

Epsom salts. Jump in a hot bath with Epsom salts to ease the pain of your strain Epsom salts contain loads of magnesium (Epsom salts is magnesium sulfate)that is absorbed through the skin. Magnesium helps promote the healing of torn muscles. Add 2 cups Epsom salts to a tub of hot water. It also relieves any swelling.
