I identify with your writing yesterday Randy, and  I am sure there are others.

When I get my thoughts going overtime on the obvious deceptions being fed to this world’s people about how things are going these days, I try to imagine what it must have been like just before the flood of Noah.

When the Bible makes a statement that God was so sorry He created mankind that He decided to send a flood of water in order to remove the constantly evil acts of flesh, I realize that although we are moving closer to that every day right now, it is not to that level just yet. This tends to cheer me up a bit, although I have to be careful not to dwell on what it would be like here if it gets to that pre flood state of human beings again (if the body of redeemed is still here).

The Divine Promise promise to those In Jesus is that He will sustain us, but what we do with our thoughts and emotions is our free will, and that is what is difficult to live with day to day.
