Maybe we need to K.I.S.S.  (Keep it simple silly..)  Last year Miriam Brown did a great analysis pointing to the Rapture on Rosh Hashana last fall.   Starting from the 6 Day War dates in June, 1967 and counting forward 38.8 years (length of time for the Israelites in the desert wandering since Moses was given the 10 commandements.....this is my recall of that lengthy paper....very well written and documented)  it led to the possibility of the Rapture last fall....
 
Well maybe, let's just look at it this way.  There are a number of 40's in the Bible.  The Israelites wandered for 40 years after failing to believe the Lord and enter the Promised Land;  Christ was in the desert for 40 days of temptation;  Didn't Jonah give 40 days of warning to Ninevah as well?
 
Well, if we take 40 years from the 6 Day War in June, 1967, we come to approximately June 6, 2007.  The comparison being this:  The Israelites were to believe in God and take over the Promised Land, but they did not as they did not believe in God's promise.   In 1967 the Jews won back ALL of Jerusalem, buy DID NOT take back the Holiest Place to God in Jerusalem, the Temple Mount.  They could have done so, but DID NOT, as they didn't think the world would stand for that.....thus, they didn't (once again) take over ALL their land.
 
So, Moses and the Israelites were to wander for 40 years.  And the Jews in 1967 were then to find NO PEACE as well for 40 years...just look at what has happened in Israel for these past 40 years.
 
Could it be it is THIS SIMPLE ??  The June 2007, 40 year anniversary of this lack of faith will come just after Pentecost, 2007 by a week or so........... So, what if the dead in Christ rose first on Pentecost, 2007 and gave the world a 7 day warning before ALL believers then joined Christ in the clouds ?? Hmmmmmmm
 
The Bible says, in the story of Lazarus (in Heaven) and the rich man (in hell), that the rich man wants someone to go tell his brothers about hell so they will avoid it as it is such a bad place;  and this man is told that his brothers already have the words of Moses and the prophets.....and that if his brothers will not believe those words, they would not even believe it if dead people were to arise and tell them.  Can you image, if the dead in Christ DID rise first for 1 FINAL warning....and people STILL didn't believe???  I have often wondered why the dead in Christ rise FIRST......and THEN those who are alive and are Believers.......
 
I have always wondered if it could be that the dead in Christ rise first just like the others who arose with Chirst on Resurrection Sunday....Remember the 1-liner in the Bible where it says in Mathew 27:52;  and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised and coing out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many !   WOW.......what a testimony.  I've heard it said, that THAT is why so many became believers on the first Pentecost!!  Those risen from the grave with Christ had gone into the city......seen their old friends...and told them ALL what had happened!!! .......and many believed!!!
 
Hmmmmmm....  or...... is the Rapture simply without ANY warning.....I don't know........but I wonder about this.......ALOT.......
 
Anyway, June 2007 would give all this mess with Iran 1 more year to cook to a full boil.  It would give 1 year post-daVinci code movie to polarize the beliefs of this world more and more AGAINST Christianity....and you could have a great falling away from the faith......1 more year for great storms and earthquakes.......... (I am anxious for the comet to come and go this next month in May and have that speculation behind us, about a big chunk either hitting the earth or ..... again..... another Chicken Little-sky is falling cry dying in the wind.  I am more inclined to believe the latter will happen....even though I do like it's proximity to Pentecost, the daVinci movie and that infamous date of 06-06-06....?????   naw......)
 
AS for myself....if we have another Presidential election in 3 years and Bush fades from office and there is NO Rapture by then.......my looking for dates will be done.......I'll be out of scenarios......maybe........And I will no longer put any faith in the dreams people have had.....any of them.....considering the dreams we have heard of with Bush as the LAST president.......
 
By the way....on another subject......have you been watching over the past year at The Daily Show and now the Colbert Report and their incredible.....incredibly bad bits they are doing on religion?????   Wow.......what blasphemy..... they have done bits on The God Machine........ and the Rapture....they have made information on the Rapture very very visible amongst people who NEVER would have heard of the concept of the Rapture otherwise......again, I say WOW!
