Say, if Judas was hanging himself prior to the conclusion and crucifixion of Jesus, I wonder just who authored the "Gospel".  Isn't it any wonder why Iraeneus saw it as heresy.  What I have learned is that this parchment's earliest date is somewhere between 60 A.D. to 180 A.D.  I do not believe that Judas wrote this.  And, why would he have hung himself if he was the "favored one" of Jesus and was co-conspiring with Jesus to sell him out so that Jesus would ensure he would go to the cross.  So out of character of our Lord wouldn't you say?
