Hi TJ
Thanks for replying. I have to politely disagree with, well, basically everything you said, however.
You said…
“35 A.D. This would be too late though on about 95% of experts calendars, so the likely window would be 30 A.D. to 34 A.D.. I have thought of that though myself too.”
I’ve heard convincing arguments for several different dates.
And none of them have been 35 A.D.
Having said that, the experts don’t know when the crucifixion date was, else we wouldn’t be having this conversation.
And even by your own admission, it’s NOT too late on 5% of “experts” calendars.
Believe me - I don’t have any special agenda to promote 35 A.D.
That just happens to be when 720k days ago falls on the calendar.
I don’t intend to follow tradition in spite of the facts.
There is a saying that goes something like this:
The Titanic was built by experts.
The Ark was built by amateurs.

“It could be 2,000 years of 360 days = 720, 000, however a year in our modern age is scientifically figured in to be 365 days long. At the latest a year is 365.24 days long. The calendar in use at the time of the crucifixion in Rome, was a 365.25 year long calendar. (Julian)”
I’m not sure of the point you are trying to make.
The length of a modern year has no bearing on the length of a prophetic year.
I can not recall a single instance in the bible where prophecy is determined using 365 day years.
They are always determined using 360 day years. To the best of my knowledge, that is.

“No man knoweth the Day nor the hour, I think this verse is the ultimate calculation for the end of age. “
Wow. I’m really sorry to hear you feel that way. I get sooo much joy in seeking out the mysteries of the Lord. Even if I am wrong a thousand times, I don’t think a single moment has been wasted.
There is another saying. Don’t major in the minors.
What that means is that if we agree on the important parts… the major things like… Jesus IS God, and that he is the ONLY way to heaven, that he died as payment for our sins and was resurrected IN THE FLESH – we have to get that stuff right. That’s the major stuff. Then all this other stuff like the rapture, and “the end of the age” and what’s the mark of the beast and who’s the antichrist – well all that other stuff is minor stuff. We can get the minor stuff wrong.
We just can’t be wrong about the major stuff.
As I understand it:
Each age is 2000 prophetic years long. (360 day years or 720,000 days)
If we start at today, and count back 720,000 days, we know that what ever date it falls on is PRIOR to the Pentecost that started the age.
(If it were later than the Pentecost that started the age, the age would have already ended, and we wouldn't be here.)
God bless you TJ.
