"Just For The Record"
Hi John & All:
I wanted to make mention of something because on occasion people are still for some reason quoting my 1999/2000 study, that a generation is 40 years.
Just for the record, I have not held that position for 5 years now. Of course I still do very strongly prescribe to my aforementioned "120 day" theory, which pointed out that not only were there "120" years of warning, prior to the flood, but a 120-day differential between the calendar day on which Jesus made His prophesy regarding the destruction of Jerusalem and the calendar day where it occurred, as well as an end-times 120-day differential between the calendar day on which the Jews recaptured Jerusalem in 1967, and Rosh Hashanah. It therefore is (according to my theory), this last warning period which points to the timeframe in the calendar year in which Jesus Christ will physically return to the Earth at the end of the Tribulation.
At any rate, and as per my studies of the past 4 years, it is my belief that the length of a generation is 50 years, being equal to the time from which God brought the Jews out of Egypt and eventually in control of all the promised land ... as well as the block time-frame in which God instructed the Jews to count their time in the land (7 times 7 years and the Jubilee year). My studies have also shown, as I have pointed out here previously, that the numerical divisors of when the Jews are removed from the land (a number of years that is a multiple of 7), as well as when the Jews are in the land (a number of years which is a multiple of 43), also themselves point to the "fifty factor".
I also believe, for the record, that the 43-factor of when the Jews are inside of Jerusalem, points to the year 2010 .... which given that only one generation is going to see everything, would seem to imply that 2010 is either pointing to the start of the 70th week, or else pointing to the mid-point of the 70th week (and therefore leaving 2006 as the starting point). One or the other.
Hope that doesn't confuse anyone.
See ya in the air,
Eric
