With all due respect, I hardly think Jesus would mention Easter eggs, or Easter at all as it is a pagan custom. The traditions associated with Easter go straight back to Babylon, with numerous pagan fertility goddesses names being variations of the word "easter". Ishtar, Astarte, Eostre, Isis, etc....The word given in the KJV as Easter in Acts 12:4 should have been rendered Passover, and is the only use of the word in the entire Bible. We are told to test the spirits, and without intending to cause offense to you, I suggest you test the spirits behind the words you are given.1 John 4:1: Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.I could not remain silent about this, and if you are offended, so be it. True Christians should celebrate Passover and the resurrection of the Firstfruits, as well as the other feasts of the Lord. The Lord is a jealous God and will not share His glory with another.
