Dateline just broadcast another viscious anti-Christian tome in which a
reprobate stand against Christ is promoted with softball questions and
lovy-dubby feel good interview.
Copy (paste) of April 2-2006 letter posted on Dateline re "The Jesus Papers"
Dateline is the most visciously anti-Christian show on TV, consistantly savaging various ministers and evangelists practicing Christ's Command to preach the Gospel while lofting softballs questions at those with outrageous positions against Jesus Christ.
And now you revive this tired old idea put forth 40 years ago by Hugh Schonfield and roundly discredited at the time, in your attack on the Son of God Himself.
In contrast to immediate promoting of this EVIL balderdash that will cost hundreds of thousands their very souls who fall for this crap, you repeatedly ignore anything on the archeological or news front that would promote or strengthen faith in Jesus.
This pathetic broadcast debacle is in MARKED contrast to the old NBC News Project 20 show of Frank MeGee (whose shoes you aren't fit to tie) that was broadcast on successive Easters reverently portraying the events in the Life, Crucifixion, and Ressurection of Christ narrated by Alexander Scorby.
Where have we, pray tell, any record of hostile attack against the heroes of the left such as Cesar Chavez or Raul Castro by Dateline? Instead, you choose to savage the Son of the Living God.
And you and Michael Baigent will find out at the Last Judgment the truth of the English divine's admonition as quoted by Ravi Zachariah: "The only thing that really matters in anyone's life is the answer to the question --What did you do with My Son?"
