"What I saw on Abib 13"

Did anybody else watch for the sign on Tuesday? If so, did you observe anything of note? I sure did!
I did not see the sign but I saw a shadow of the sign.

I recently wrote about the little known annual watch day for the sign of 2 Thessalonians 2  that was Tuesday the 11th, Abib 13. It was posted for April 11 (under the name John - oops) and it was called Enoch Day and the Watch Day. I wrote my observations of the signs foreshadowing in my blog. You'll find them in the top section called "Beast Watch"

About the sign:

II Thessalonians 2:1-3
Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers, 2 not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by some prophecy, report or letter supposed to have come from us, saying that the day of the Lord has already come. 3 Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for (that day will not come) until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. (NIV)
The sign is NOT apostacy of the church. When you really think about you see that this popular interpretation really falls short on biblical accuracy and logic. The scripture declares that the nature of the sign that will preceed the coming of the Lord and our being gathered to him is such that it is intended to be and WILL be discerned with a high degree of confidence. Indeed, there are those who have known, do know and will know what to expect with such confidence in their ability to recognize the sign for what it is that they would be able to refute what comes to them as the declarations of those in highest authority in the church! Think about that. Consider also that this message is most particularly targeted for OUR day, in which the gathering harvests accompanying the Lord's coming will be fulfilled. The reason the sign is watched for on Abib 13 is because there are no less than five antitypes of the event that each occur on Abib 13.
