I've been reading five doves for many years.  This is my first time to respond.  I've enjoyed many of the thought provoking letters written by so many.

I too have been saving for retirement for many years.  Yet, I have this inner knowing that I won't be spending all of that money.

I've been watching for the return of Jesus since I was in junior high school in the late 60's.    There was a time when I thought the rapture would surely happen before the year 1980. (I watched Charles Taylor's weekly show and even saw him in person once.)  1980 came and went. Each year it seems more certain that His appearing is soon.   He is even at the door.
