Dear John and Doves,

 

That was a very encouraging post John. Thank you.    I became interested in the mention of a "Crown" being given to the Philadelphia Church.

 

Rev. 3:11  Behold, I come quickly;  hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

 

I immediately thought of this verse -

 

2 Tim. 4:8  Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day;  and not to me only, but unto all of them also that love his appearing.

 

If the Philadelphia Church is indeed the Pre-Tribulation Church, looking for the Bridegroom, then this special crown (for watchers) is one that all "Doves" will wear!!
