Hi John,

Waking up in Singapore today, we were greeted with the
morning news that Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger
had been elected Pope Benedict XVI.

It's interesting that he has chosen the papal name
"Benedict". Does that mean that he has links with the
Order of Saint Benedict (the order that is also known
as the OLIVETANS.?

If so, there appears to be a potential application of
Malachy's 'prophecy' since Malachy is  reported to
state that the pope after John Paul II would be known
as "GLORIA OLIVAE".
