Prayerfully consider the following:

Remember the word that Arafat being removed was prophecied as a sign to us of the approaching Rapture?  This event happened on 11/11/04.  Note the doubling of the month and the date being both 11 could point to the doubling of the month and the date of 5/5/05 being both 5.  But wait, there is much, much, more.  The "Arithmetic of God" book reminds us that 11 represents judgment.  This same book also reminds us that 5 represents Grace.

Note:
Thursday, 11/11/04 + 5 * 5 weeks exactly = Thursday, May 5, 2005

We also know as others have also noted that May 5, 2005 is the 5 raised to the 3rd power day of the year:
December 31, 2004 + 5 * 5 * 5 = May 5, 2005

Tom Iwen reminds us of June 9, 2005 in his April 18th, 2005 Five Doves Post.  Note that:
Thursday, 5/5/05 + 5 weeks exactly = Thursday, June 9, 2005

But could Terri Shiavo being removed from this earth also be a sign, even more so than Arafat?
Terri died on Thursday, March 31, 2005 and note:
Thursday, 3/31/05 + 5 weeks exactly = Thursday, May 5, 2005

Many increments of 5 weeks.

Also note that Terri Shiavo was deprived of oxygen for at least 5 minutes on February 25, 1990 but by the Grace of God continued to live for another 15 years and 5 weeks.
She was deprived of water until she died starting on March 18, 2005 and ending on March 31, 2005
March 18th, 2005 is the 77th day of the year

From 1990 to 2005 is 5 + 5 + 5 years
From February 25, 2000 to March 31, 2000 is exactly 5 weeks

She celebrated her 41st birthday on Friday, December 31, 2004.  From Friday, December 31, 2004 to Friday, March 18, 2005 is exactly 5 + 5 + 5 weeks.

From when she was deprived of oxygen on 2/25/1990 to when she was deprived of water on 3/18/2005 is exactly 5500 days.
