On the third day

 
The Bible is full of types and shadows. I think the following verses show the timing of the Lord's return....after two days(2000 years) and on the third day.  I think the Lord's return for the Church will be after two days and in the third day we will all be in His kingdom. (saved Jews and the Church.)...the third day shows the 1,000 year reign of Christ Jesus.

Genesis 22:4

ON THE THIRD DAY Abraham lifted up his eyes and saw the place afar off.

Abraham is our father in faith. He saw the promised land far off, but never got there. We are all awaiting our heavenly home which maybe we will see on the third day like he did??..

 

Exodus 19:16

ON THE THIRD DAY in the morning(early) there were thunders and lightenings(tribulation) and a thick cloud was upon the mount and the voice of the TRUMPET(rapture) was exceedingly loud.

Will we also hear a trumpet early in the morning on the third day?

 

2 Kings 20:5

Thus sayeth the Lord, the God of David, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears, behold I will heal thee, ON THE THIRD DAY thou shalt go UP to the HOUSE OF GOD.

  Will we also go UP to the house of God on the third day?

 

Esther 5:1

It came to pass ON THE THIRD DAY that Esther PUT ON HER ROYAL APPAREL and stood in the inner courts of the KINGS HOUSE.

Will we also put on our garments and stand in the Kings house on the third day?

Hosea 6:2

After two days (2000 years) He will revive us and in the third day He will lift us up and we shall live in His sight.

Will we also live in His sight in the third day?

And Jesus Himself rose from the grave on the third day!!!
