"TO: TRASHBIN CAT/THE WINTER IS PAST"

We know you better now my lad.  We know you're a "tabby."
Any more clues?  Lad?  Are you a tom?  It doesn't matter.  We know your spirit.

You mentioned the cats that were "thrown away from me."  That sent a pain through me.
What of those nights howling on that back fence alone......and days when the trash bin was empty?
Injustices....a tearing of the soul....tragedy and loss and longing.....we've been there too; but we are all so ALIVE TOGETHER NOW knowing that as the scripture you noted tells us -- God shall wipe away all tears from our eyes.
We shall see His face at last!

"My beloved is like a roe or a young hart: behold, he standeth behind our wall, he looketh forth at the windows, shewing himself through the lattice.  My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away.
For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land; -- make haste, my beloved, and be thou like to a roe or to a young hart upon the mountains of spices.   Song of Solomon 2:9-12, 8:14
