In the United States, we require proof beyond a reasonable doubt on all facts necessary to the judgment before someone is killed by the machinery of the justice system. Nothing less will do.

This is why Congress got involved in the Schiavo case. Terri had been denied due process.

The spin of the leftist media has apparently taken its toll on some.  Their mantra of government interference is utterly ridiuclous.  SHE WAS DENIED DUE PROCESS and Congress insured Federal Judicial Review...(though this was not really done...Judge Whittemore thumbed his nose at Congress).

People should fear a runaway JUDICIARY.

It is running amuck.
