U.N. Set to Approve Global Nuclear Treaty

After a seven-year campaign led by Russia, U.N. member states have reached agreement on a new global treaty making it a crime for would-be terrorists to possess or threaten to use nuclear material. The treaty makes it a crime for any person to possess radioactive material or a radioactive device with the intent to cause death or injury, or damage property or the environment. It would also be a crime to use such material or devices to damage a nuclear facility. It is just a matter-of-time before Israel will be openly added to the list of terror status states while Russia feeds the mad mullahs of Persia.
