The Truth about the Sharon Expulsion of Jews Plan by Marlene Young

Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has joined with the unelected Leftists in his government to carry out what he calls the "Disengagement Plan": the confiscation of property and forced transfer of thousands of Jewish civilians from Jewish-owned land, farms and communities in Gaza and the Shomron (Northern West Bank).

Many of us in the Jewish and Christian community are very disappointed with Mr. Sharon and hope that he will stop this immoral Plan to Deport Jews. Many of us who helped reelect President Bush hope that we can convince him that he should not be creating a Palestinian Radical Islamic Terrorist State, run by lawless corrupt Fatah and Hamas leaders.

The focus of this paper is that even if a "Palestinian" State were to be created, it should not be created by the immoral act of singling out Jews for deportation.

A KEY OBFUSCATION TOOL IS LANGUAGE

"Evacuation", "Pullout", and "Disengagement" are terms that refer to military personnel, not to the forced transfer of thousands of civilians and their homes and farms.

The terms "disengagement" and "contiguous" Palestinian State mean in effect the confiscation of Jewish property, forceful transfer of Jews, and the refusal to allow Jews property ownership in the territories even as Arabs sprawl all over Israel.

The new use of the word "contiguous" by Condoleeza Rice and President Bush to refer to the components of this projected Palestinian "democratic" state was first promoted by the Arab states and the European Union (EU) and is synonymous with the forced transfer of Jews and confiscation of Jewish owned property.

Granting for the moment that contiguity is essential, contiguity can be achieved through the building of roads between Arab villages. The international community is contributing to a dangerous precedent by accepting the immoral concept that it is right and just to transfer out a people to achieve "contiguity".

Israel builds roads and fences around Palestinian Arab farms and villages so as not to interfere in their space. It would be condemned for even suggesting that Arab villages be destroyed and thousands of Arabs transferred. Ironically, the Left attacks the solution of building roads between Arab villages to achieve contiguity as "racist", while it promotes the racist Plan to deport Jews and confiscate their property. The Left-controlled Israeli Supreme Court activist judges have gone so far to protect Arab property rights that they have acted against Israel's own security interests by including Palestinian villages "inside" the security fence and by building gates in the fence to allow Arab farmers access to their land. [The Israeli Supreme Court has ordered the security fence relocated in several specifics, declaring that Israel’s security interests must be balanced against the degree of inconvenience imposed on Arabs by the location of the fence. The purpose of the fence is to deter entry of "Palestinian" terrorists into Israel. "Israel’s security interests" are measured in human life and limb. What the ruling means is that inconvenience to Arabs, which can be compensated with money, can be worth the death and maiming of Jews.] The same Court, and Israeli leaders, are acting against their own rulings when it comes to the property rights of Jewish farmers in Jewish Gaza and the West Bank.

As usual, the liberal media is being used by the Left to suppress and obfuscate the truth. "Disengagement" and "pullout" are terms that refer to movements of a military force - not the forced transfer of thousands of civilians - ordinary Israeli citizens entitled to the full rights of citizenship - and the dismantling of (only) Jewish civilian neighborhoods. The pullout and disengagement of troops in conflicts around the globe today do not include the forced transfer of thousands of civilians of one religion or nationality, the demolition of all communities of one religion or nationality, and confiscation of all property of one religion or nationality.

THE SHADOWY DETAILS

It is extremely important that people become aware of the details of the Disengagement Plan. The danger is in the overall concept and in the details. Its true awfulness lies in the details, but the details are not being reported by the "mainstream" media or disclosed by the Sharon government.

There is no moral, historical, or legal basis to carry out the forced transfer of this or any Jewish population from their property. So the Government invents its own rules as it begins to carry out the expulsion and meets resistance. Attorney General Mazuz and the Justice Minister call for increased suppression of the opposition's right to protest and employ escalating tactics of police brutality, detainment, arrests and administrative detention, where civilians are jailed without trial and without evidence of committing any crime. [Administrative detention, meaning imprisonment without charges and without trial, is an emergency measure inherited from British martial law, which governed the country under the Mandate. It is intended to be used against terrorists who endanger the state or the public. The left, including the mainstream media, never failed to protest its use against Arabs as a "fascistic" and oppressive measure. None of them has objected at all to the threat by the government to use it on a massive scale against demonstrators against the Sharon Plan to empower the PLO with a sovereign state of its own in the Gaza Strip, and to deliver it Judenrein at whatever cost to Israeli society.]

Actually, for all the haste with which it is being put into motion, the Disengagement Plan is a "work-in-progress." Sharon sculpts it as he goes along. He, Mofaz, Mazuz and Peres make deals, coerce, manipulate and are manipulated and bribe members of the Knesset, Israeli and PA officials and foreign leaders. The Plan morphs accordingly.

The Palestinians and the Left try every single day to speed up the date of initiation and completion, because they know they are acting on a precipice of moral and legal bankruptcy and only sheer brutal force props them up. [The government has issued instructions to the police that complaints of brutality against opponents of the Sharon Plan will not be pursued and complaints of police officers removing their ID badges when they do so will not even be investigated. In short, the police have been constituted as psychopath squads to intimidate the citizenry. The left, including organizations claiming concern with human rights and civil liberties, have been silent. Government by thuggery is OK with them, as long as the thugs are controlled by the left.]

One of the strongest strategic tools they've used is to convince the people that this is unavoidable, a "done deal". [We at Netzah Yisrael Lo Yeshaqer believe, with that great American philosopher, Yogi Berra, "It ain’t over ‘til it’s over."] We are also told, as we have been since the 1993 Oslo Accords, that peace with the Palestinians hinges on giving them billions of aid dollars (still unaccounted for), building up their security forces (used to commit thousands of terror attacks), giving them more territory (Israel has given them more land and autonomy than Palestinian Arabs have had in their history), releasing hundreds of Palestinian terrorists from jail, and now confiscating Jewish-owned property and moving Jewish neighborhoods away from Arab ones.

If we are to hold the Palestinians, the Quartet and the Left to their claims that they are indeed establishing a Palestinian "reformed democracy" then the most obvious question is: why is this "democracy" demanding the forced transfer of neighborhoods of only Jewish Israeli nationals? Would a democracy demand the transfer of a minority population of Jewish Israeli nationals? Why would a reformed Democracy force communities and farms owned by Jewish Israeli nationals to be sold and its residents forced to move? The U.S. could never similarly force communities of Chinese or Mexican nationals to sell their property in communities in California and forcefully move them out. If Jews will not be allowed to own their property in this "democratic state", are we not helping to set up another Saudi Arabia? Palestinian villages in Israel, inside the fence, in Jerusalem, within the "Green Line" are not being forced to move out to Gaza. [Furthermore, who is going to establish this peaceful democratic "Palestinian" state? The PLO, which dominates the Palestinian Authority, under whose present "reformist" leadership executes accused criminals after 15 minute "trials", refuses to disarm the other terrorist organizations preferring to incorporate them into the "security services", protects wanted terrorists from Israeli arrest or retaliation, has announced that it will invite the terrorist organizations based in Syria to move to Gaza, whose idea of "negotiation" is to announce that unless all of its demands are met, it will increase its level of terrorism, whose "security forces" hold up businesses for "partnership interests" and have crippled the economy by confiscatory tax assessments which can be ameliorated by bribing the inspector, whose idea of "elections" is to insist on approving the opposing candidates? Is that the State Department’s idea of a "democracy"? It seems that it is, if the "democracy" is going to be Israel’s next door neighbor.]

As you read the details of the plan, keep in mind that there is no moral, historical, or legal basis to carry out the forced transfer of this or any Jewish population from their property. Perhaps that is why Sharon, Mofaz and Mazuz are trying to carry out the expulsion as quickly as possible, using the liberal media to mute most of the details, and steamroll their opposition.

FACTS ABOUT THE "DISENGAGEMENT" - THE JEWISH DEPORTATION PLAN

* No more apprehending Palestinian terrorists.

* No jail for Palestinian terrorists, criminals, weapons smugglers.

* No more demolitions of PA terrorists' homes [announced Feb 15].

* No more operations to search and seize illegal PA weapons and weapons factories.

* No more stopping weapons tunnels and smuggling.

* Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Fatah members will be permitted to move into Gush Katif and Shomron.

* The EU, the UN, Arab states, Russia and the USA will not compensate Jewish settlers for land given to Palestinian Arabs. They are legitimizing the first forced transfer of Jews since the Holocaust.

* The World Bank will not pay Jewish settlers who are the property owners; the World Bank will instead pay the Sharon Government (Sharon, Mofaz, Mazuz, Peres, Sarid) for Jewish farms and homes, and "sell" - give - the Jewish property to the PA, thereby enriching the Left, the Peres Foundation, the PA and PA business monopolies, and Leftist-owned investment funds, but not the Jewish owners. This also makes the Gush Katif and Shomron Jewish-owned land legally Palestinian Arab-owned for the first time in history. Property rights of Jew in the Jewish homeland, in Biblical Israel, are being abrogated by Jewish leaders.

* The Sharon government will confiscate the Jewish-owned property from the Jewish owners and transfer the Jews to holding areas, and "compensate" them 10% of the value of the confiscated property, homes, farms, businesses, lost income, relocation costs.

* The P.A., EU, UN, Russia, Arab States, World Bank, IMF and USA will not (and have not been asked to by the Sharon, Mofaz government) compensate the thousands of victims of Palestinian Terror, nor their families, for those who were murdered, maimed, paralyzed and burned in the past 5 years of PA-sanctioned Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Fatah terrorism.

THE NEW ORDERS [FROM THE ISRAELI GOVERNMENT!]

* Arrests of Jewish Demonstrators

* Beatings of Jewish protesters

* Jail for Jewish Demonstrators

* Jail for Jews who refuse to be transferred

* Jail without trial for vocal opponents of Sharon, Mofaz and Mazuz [This is not hysterical overstatement. Sharon has solemnly proclaimed that anyone who speaks or writes against the Sharon Plan is guilty of incitement, which is a crime. Attorney General Mazuz has called for massive use of administrative detention of opponents of the plan.]

* Confiscation without compensation of Jewish homes of those Jews who refuse transfer, or will not voluntarily sign over their homes to the Sharon government, or will not *uietly walk out the door the day of transfer.

* Demolition of Jewish homes, communities, hothouses, graveyards, synagogues in Jewish Settlements. [Sharon and Mofaz are now considering not demolishing them but giving the property as is to the PA because wealthy Arabs from Bahrain wish to pay billions to the PA for it].

* Gush Katif will be a closed Military Zone sometime after February 20 and before July, preventing supporters from entering and making "Settlers" subject to search and arrest for violation of curfew.

* A Special Military Force made up of exclusively secular, non-Jewish IDF and Police is being trained to act solely against their fellow citizens to forcefully transfer them. There will be four Special Forces to every Jewish "Settler" citizen.

* Special caravans, remote holding areas and jails previously used for Palestinian Arab terrorists are being set up to incarcerate Jewish demonstrators, and Jewish citizen "Settlers" who refuse transfer.

* The *uartet; the UN, Russia, the EU (European Union), and the USA support the "withdrawal from Gaza and part of the West Bank", but have insisted that it must happen "in a manner consistent with the Road Map."

* "The *uartet reiterates its view that no party should undertake unilateral actions that could prejudge the resolution of final status issues such as the borders of a future Palestinian state, the right of Palestinian refugees to return home, West Bank settlements and the status of Jerusalem." (Statement made at the London Summit, March 1, 2005.) [… unless, of course, it prejudices the issue in the Arabs’ favor.]

In other words, Sharon's violation of the rights of ordinary Jewish citizens and his bringing Israel to the brink of internal civil strife gains nothing, certainly not peace. This deportation of Jews and the enlarging of the power of the PA does not mean secure borders for Israel. THE DISENGAGEMENT IS NOT A FINAL STEP BUT JUST A FIRST IN A SERIES OF JEWISH EXPULSIONS UNDER FIRE. Sharon is aware that the rest of the West Bank and a part of Jerusalem is the next step, and the return of Palestinian refugees is in the works.

Saudi Arabia's Moslem Terror Is Being Imported Into The United States!

What happened on 9/11 is going to happen in the United States again, unless steps are taken by the present government to prevent such re-occurrence. Saudi Arabia is one of the main sources of monies to build Moslem Mosques throughout America. It also exports into the Moslem Congregations in the United States the Saudi philosophy of a gradual takeover of America. The Bush family has close oil ties with the Saudis and that is indeed worrisome. Moreover, the former Secretary of State James Baker's able law firm represents the Saudis in the United States, and serves as a protective shield for the plans and ideas of that wealthy Arab Country.

The Road Map Plan is essentially the Saudi Plan, and represents a threat to Israel's and the Holy Land's continued existence. Nevertheless, President George W. Bush has appointed James Baker to head a committee, without bothering to have Israel in any way consulted, in order to pressure Israel not to obstruct Arafat's confidant Abu Mazen in any way. Abu Mazen, who is no different from Arafat except in appearance, is the co-founder of the PLO, whose Charter calls for the elimination of Israel.
