When they have the funeral for the pope, you will have many world leaders attending.  You will have a lot of meetings between them both public and private.  Many things will be decided during that time that we wont know about.  The other side is with all those leaders in one spot at one time, a terrorist group could really wreck havoc on the world community by killing many leaders at once.  In that Chaos, it would take a very strong leader to unite the world.  Just a thought.
