"May 5, 2005, more associations"

Dear John and Doves,

After first reading Jim Bramlett's Ascension Day Rapture post of 2-28-05, and Ted Porter's recent post of 3-30-05, I began to reflect on other associations to the day, the month, and the year, as well as the number 5.

The book of Acts is the 5th book of the New Testament.  This is the book that describes the Ascension of Jesus into heaven, and His coming back just as He left.

Just to reiterate and expand on some of the points made by Ted Porter; 5 is the number of grace, and grace contains 5 letters, the last letter of which is the 5th letter of the alphabet.  May is the 5th month.  The 5th day of the month, on Thursday the 5th day of the week.

After looking more closely, here are a few more associations.  May 5, 2005 is the 125th day of the year.  5 x 5 = 25, which means grace intensified.  25 also means repentance and foregiveness of sins.  5 x 5 x 5 = 125.  By multiplying 5 a third time to get 125, 3 signifying completeness or perfection, you could interpret this to be complete or perfect grace.  Complete, perfect grace, found only in heaven on day 125 of 2005?  Could this be in store for the Church?

The 25th of Nisan begins at sundown on May 4, 2005, moves into May 5, 2005, and ends before sundown on May 5, 2005.

Lastly is the name of this wonderful website, 5 Doves!  (5 letters in doves)

Keep looking up!
