  It was with great interest that I read John's recent posts on the number 314, which represents EL Shaddai, the God who is more than enough.
 
  The number 314 is quite significant, and within it you can find two of the biggest numbers which are related to the end-times, namely 31 and 43. The number 31 is the Hebrew gematria total for "EL" -- the Hebrew word for God, while the number 43 has incredible end-time implications, of which I will go into more detail in the coming days.
 
  But today I will simply provide additional insight into the EL Shaddai number, 314:
 
  According to a timeline I was led to create in late November 1999, it showed the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ as occuring in the year 3999.
 
  Birth of Jesus = 3999 = (31 + 31 + 31) x 43
 
  Note the "trinity" of "EL" (the God gematria).
 
  Further to this, Jesus referred to himself as being the "Alpha and Omega". Well the original alphabet at the time of Jesus only had 24 characters, excluding "stigma, koppa and sampsi". Note that the number 24 equals 8 + 8 + 8 (with 888 being the Greek gematria for Jesus).
 
  At any rate, the sum total of the original Greek alphabet would be:
 
  a -- b --g -- d -- e -- z -- h -- q
 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 7 +8 + 9 = 39
 
  i -- k -- l -- m -- n -- x -- o -- p
 10 + 20 + 30 + 40 + 50 + 60 + 70 + 80 = 360
 
  r -- s -- t -- u -- f -- c -- y -- w
 100 + 200 + 300 + 400 + 500 + 600 + 700 + 800 = 3600
 
  39 + 360 + 3600 = 3999 [The birth of the Alpha and Omega].
 
  And likewise, as noted previously: 3999 = (31 + 31 + 31) x 43
 
  Additionally ... here is some interesting Greek gematria:
 
  A.) " .... the child Jesus .... " [Luke 2: 27]
 
  to + paidion + Ihsoun = [370 + 225 + 738] = 1333
 
  1333 = 31 x 43
 
  B.) " .... For our God is a consuming fire .... " [Hebrews 12: 29]
 
  pur + katanaliskon = [580 + 753] = 1333
 
  1333 = 31 x 43
 
  Finally, as per the aforementioned timeline chart I was led to create in 1999:
 
  - 1st time Israel controlled the area of Jerusalem: 860 years (to Nebuchadnezzar)
 - 2nd time Israel controlled the area of Jerusalem: 473 years (to 70 AD)
 
  860 + 473 = 1333 years = 31 x 43
 
  While I realize that Biblical numerics are not everyone's cup of tea, nevertheless I hope I was able to add to people's understanding of the importance of 314, the EL Shaddai number. In the coming days I will endeavor to show the further significance of the number 43, and how I have come to believe Daniel's 70th week could begin in the fall of 2006.
