Until now, I never really cared for the False Prophet. I just thought it will be somebody who will help the Antichrist/Pope. But, the post by Pastor Riley opened up my eyes a little bit.
 
The false prophet from Islam religion. That will fill some of the missing links I've been looking for, such as how will the Antichrist subdue the Muslim world?
 
One of the requirements for the next pope is said to bring peace between the west and the Islam. I am convinced that Pope will not only do that but one day unite all the religions, including the Islam. But how? I just thought vaguely that since Koran reveres Virgin Mary, the Muslims will somehow get to worship Antichrist and Virgin Mary after witnessing some miracles.
 
But, the false prophet from Muslim world commanding them to worship the beast. That can tie the 2 mega religions very nicely.
 
Also, the clue about the fact that Muslims use the beheading as the execution method, is very convincing.
 
One thing though, is who will be the Islam leader that can unite the Muslim world? I don't think it will be a leader of one Arab country but a symbolic figure under whom the whole Muslim world can come together.
 
Osama Bin Laden does qualify for that, but he is too notorious to be the one to aid someone who will claim that he is the returned Messiah. Wouldn't that obscure the deception of the Antichrist? Satan always disguise his works with good images and doctrines. But Osama Bin Laden... That is the only question I had reading the post.
