This morning while at work I was listening on the radio to a preacher who was adamant of how people are being deceived today thinking that the great outpouring of the spirit will occur next and this is incorrect.  He states we are to face judgment (things are supposed to get worse, not better) and the idea of the spirit of God coming down happens in the millennium.  The idea of sons and daughters prophesying happens during Christ's reign.
I thought it was very interesting being that the night before, I read Patrick's statement regarding the visions or "word of the Lord" that people are having.  Now it could be that people are really seeing these things with no time frame and are thinking that it is happening next, when in fact it might be showing them what to look forward to after the tribulation.  They make the mistake of setting up the time frame when this perhaps was never revealed.  Sometimes we can see puzzles of the big picture and in trying to put it together, we assume erroneous things.
However it might be, we should be wise as serpents and gentle as doves in addressing these dreams with the one's revealing them.
