"111 to the New Life 2 PHOTOs"
Dear Doves,
These
past few months I have grieved such atremendous
earthly loss - my brother - we had somuch
work to do together -
I
send this, as it may hold some clues to what you allare
seeking.
I've
been trying to fill in the gaps of Stan's absence, and one of mypleasures
in life is looking at the daily Hubble photos -marveling
in God's universe.
My
brother was ambushed on the 4th of Jan. and died7
days later on Jan11 - 111
Sunday
evening I finally took time to look at some apodphotos
- Feb, Mar...then decided to see what was presentedon
January 11th.... I was stunned.
I
think it's relevant to share with the Doves.
This

2440: Cocoon of a New White Dwarf
Credit: H. Bond
(STScI), R. Ciardullo (PSU), WFPC2, HST, NASA
Explanation:
Like a butterfly, a white dwarf star begins its life by casting off
a cocoon that enclosed its former self.
This
is the photograph. I see my brother's face, with a whitedove
over his head.Here
is a photo of Stan, 2 weeks before he was killed. He was speaking to200
youth in Africa.
His
last two lines in a note on Dec 24th were:
"It's
time for me to go away, Just let me pause once more to say,Merry
Christmas and Happy New Year!"He
did that.
Jan4
- Jan11 - He suffered extreme pain, and was paralyzed. He
was pierced through his side, in the abdomen, into hislungs.
The African hospital didn't even know that, until afterhe
was dead.
On
Jan 11, at exactly 1:11pm his wife wrote to me, that Stanwas
like a brilliant firework for the Lord....
-This
first photo was taken about7
days before Stan was ambushed.
THE
NEXT PHOTO:
Beginning
life by casting off the cocoon that housed his former self.
The
Bible doesn't promise there will be no suffering for theChristian
on earth. Contrary. It promises that those whofollow
Him will indeed suffer.
(The
Lord instructed me clearly that when I see the 111it's
time to pause, get into the prayer closet and talk toHim.
I did this for many months. Being he was in Uganda,my
brother was foremost in my prayers.)
