"2012 Timeline Details"

I have created a timeline chart to have a visual representation of the hypothesis that the Great Tribulation could run from 2009 to 2012. [see my posts on April 21 & 22] I have also added some additional details about this timeline. [see comments below chart]

Just to recap this timeline:

Amos had prophesied that at the time of the end, God would turn Israel's feasts into mourning. Amos 8:10 I will turn your feasts into mourning, And all your songs into lamentation; I will bring sackcloth on every waist, And baldness on every head; I will make it like mourning for an only son, And its end like a bitter day. [NKJV] Clearly, if the Beast were to suspend the daily sacrifice on Purim, and be given authority over the Temple and People of GOD on Passover, these spring feasts would become a time of mourning. Even the balance of the spring feasts [Unleavened Bread, First Fruits, Weeks] would not be joyous because of these events. The people who recognize what is happening will need to flee, not celebrate.

The Fall feasts will then be fulfilled by Yeshua's 2nd Coming. This Rosh Hashanah would herald the immediately approaching 2nd Coming and Day of the Lord. The 10 Days of Awe starting on the 1st day of Rosh Hashanah [sundown 9/16/12] to Yom Kippur [sundown 9/25/12], would truly be awe inspiring for the people of the Earth due to the events that I just outlined as occurring during these 10 days.

One of the ongoing themes of the 10 Days of Awe is the concept that God has "books" that he writes our names in, writing down who will live and who will die, who will have a good life and who will have a bad life for the next year. These books are written in on Rosh Hashanah, but our actions during the Days of Awe can alter God's decree. The actions that change the decree are repentance & prayer. These "books" are then sealed on Yom Kippur. So the ultimate fulfillment of this would be the final 10 days God gives man to repent or face judgment. He does not want anyone to perish but by Yom Kippur it will be too late. The 40 days of the wrath of judgment, the 7 thunders, will commence immediately.

Based on this timeline Sukkoth [Tabernacles] falls inside the 40 days of judgment. Sukkoth points to the Lord's promise that He will once again tabernacle with His people when He returns to reign over all the world from Jerusalem. Clearly we will be present with Him while judgment fills the earth during the 40 days. It is also the promise that at the end of the cleansing of the Earth and Temple, we will all be with Him in the Kingdom forevermore. Since God's judgment occurs on the specific 40 days that Sukkoth falls within, resulting in a cleansing of the Earth and Temple, it is easy to see why God would consecrate this feast during the Kingdom Age.

Zech 14:16 And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. [NKJV] This prophesy harmonizes perfectly with the fact that during the days this feast occurs in 2012, God's wrath is against all the nations of the Earth, especially those who've come against Jerusalem. Those who are left are considered blessed because they will enter the Kingdom of God as mortals. These are the people who will keep this feast.

As we can see, the fall feasts would also be a time of mourning. The Prophecy of Amos will be fulfilled. But for those who have overcome, it will be our blessed hope. We will enter the Kingdom with our Lord and our God.
