Sherry, I just wanted to show my support for one who has come to realize that the Rapture cannot possibly occur before the Tribulation.  I too once held to the belief in a pre-trib Rapture.  Though many years of struggling with correct scriptural interpretation on this matter I came to the conclusion that the pre-trib view is in error.  It is difficult because anything other then pre-trib is shunned in most churches and on most web sites.  I have seen little support towards my posts on this subject at the Doves over the years.  I agree that this error could possibly be a significant factor into the falling away of believers that is prophesied.
 
I have not come across some of the interpretations in your posts in the past, especially the analogy of Genesis 29 - 31.  God's word is truly amazing!!  I plan to study the points you made further.  I don't think any of us can state with certainty exactly how God's timeline is progressing which is why I categorize my own understanding as a hypothesis.  It differs from the one presented in your posts.  I do agree with you that we will likely know where we are within the next 3 years.  You can get the gist of my hypothesis in my reply today to the "2005 Rapture" post of John Nelson.
