"JOHN CHAPTER 17 REVISITED"

HELLO AND GREETINGS TO EVERYONE

In regards to my last post concerning John, Chapter 17.
 Two things:
 1) I wasn't totally clear for one thing, and I need to condense this post more for better understanding.
 2) The Holy Spirit also clued me into a mistake I made that needs to be rectified now.
(If I can't get basic Scripture right; then I surely can't get the more advanced things right either, and neither can anyone else for that matter.)

John, Chapter 17 is a PRAYER chapter.
I said previously that the Lord Jesus first Prayed for His Disciples, and then for all believers to follow; which was correct as far as I went at the time.
I was wrong to the point being the Lord Jesus Prayed for Himself first, before having Prayed for the other two groups as mentioned above.

John 17:1-5.....The Lord Jesus is seen here Praying for Himself first and foremost.
John 17:6-19...The Lord Jesus is seen here Praying for the 11 remaining Disciples.
John 17:20-26.The Lord Jesus is seen here Praying for ALL of His believers and followers to come.

And I will repeat once more for the Heavenly record.
There is not one verse of Scripture here for post tribulation proponents to hang any post trib theology hat on.

Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
