  I have heard or read little or nothing personally concerning the number 46 that I can remember.That number seems to me to apply more or less to your own family and or situation maybe.It all sounds interesting though, and apparently there is something there that pertains to you.I'm sure that the number jockeys around here can certainly shed more light on it than me. <G>
 
  There is only one Scripture that pertains to number 46.

  Now, the number 46 is the square root of 2116, and the Word seems to be big on square roots for some situations. ( The 144,000 Jews being sealed out of the 12 Tribes, and 12,000 coming out of each tribe quickly comes to mind: 12 being the square root of 144)
 As they used to say on the old X-Files show; "The truth is out there". <G>
