HELLO AND GREETINGS TO EVERYONE
 
There have been several prophecies over time concerning Lake Michigan somehow emptying out and putting Chicago and most all of the western side of the lake under water.
Some of the prophecies have been relatively recent, with others going back many decades, and in one instance is an ancient Indian prophecy that I read somewhere.
 
This subject interests me because I have in the past been a long time resident of that area, having lived only 60 miles straight north from Chicago, and about 1 1/2 miles from the Lake Michigan shoreline, an area that is known to have once been part under water and part of the present lake.
Plus back about 1999 or 2000, I had a very vivid dream concerning this very scenario, while still a resident there, which I will tell about further down.
 
 
But before telling the dream, I first want to discuss such a possible event happening to fulfill such a prophecy.
Something like that could only be done by any one of three ways in my opinion: one being a natural event, one being a supernatural event, or one that could be either or both.
1) The natural event would be a massive earthquake on the order of the 9.0 or 10.0 Richter scale New Madrid earthquake that created new lakes, and caused the Mississippi River to flow backwards.....a very powerful situation.
2) The supernatural event would be a sustained multi hour straight line type winds blowing from the east, or a northeaster doing the same, which has been known to cause large shore line damage with just sustained 30-49 MPH winds, and that being nowhere near what I'm discussing right now.
Such a wind would be on the order of the strong wind that the Lord God sent to part the Red Sea.
3) The third event that could be considered to be either natural or supernatural event, would be  an extremely large meteorite or other out of World object that would manage having its target in the Lake Michigan body of water.
Something like that would be easy to call such natural looking event "an act of God", and it could be.
So barring one of the above mentioned scenarios, I would find it almost impossible to ever see Chicago under water; but which I wouldn't say is totally out of the question, especially within the tribulation period.

Now to the dream.
I was within the confines of the town where I lived, and on the side of town where I lived, which was north side.
It was a dreary, cloudy, hazy, misty, overcast day, and it was wet everywhere, as from after a rain maybe.
The wave action on Lake Michigan on this day was not unlike days when we got an all day driving rain off of the lake, as a result of a windy northeaster blowing in.
The waves were very high, rough, choppy; the water a gray color with white caps; like a typical nor'easter there.
But the difference this time in the dream, was that for whatever reason, the lake was much higher than normal, for what could even be called natural scenario.
 
The lake was up and out of its natural settings, and was gradually coming inland.
It wasn't unlike the storm surge that is pushed inland ahead of a hurricane, and rises as it approaches land.
Its flood waters in the dream were approaching my residence, which caused me to leave there in my car.
The city main sewer that empties into the lake was also now starting to back up various feeder sewer lines all through the city, and was starting to push water back up into the streets in low lying areas here and there all over the city, and starting to flood areas where the lake waters hadn't yet came into flood.
 
As a result, it was getting more and more difficult to get around the parts of town that were not yet under water.
The state highway that runs north and south closest to the lake were already under water, and the one back a couple of miles further west, that also ran north and south would also eventually be under as well, but were still open for now; as well as the primary routes running west out to the Interstate.
But almost all the secondary roads out of town in any direction were now fairly impossible from sewer backups.
 
The city seemed by now to be almost empty, with most of the residents apparently having already left; except for a few stragglers here and there like myself; and there was a reason why I was lagging behind.
That was because all the easiest and best ways roads out of town was guarded with hardened check points; whereas the roads without check points were the ones that were impassible and not usable.
 
The guards at these check points appeared to be military rather than local law enforcement; and I'm still not clear on why they were there making check; what with the natural disaster occurring almost within reach of them.
Now I have to admit that the reason that I was laying back from leaving town, was because of those check points, and because I had to deal with them.
And for whatever the reason, I had a deep fear and dread, as well as a deep dark foreboding as far as these check points were concerned; and I also knew that I had to deal with them, if I had any hope of getting out at all.
I finally decided that I had no choice; so I decided to suck it up, and drive into one of these check points so I could get out, for better or worse, while not knowing what might happen or even why; because it was all so unclear.
 
So I got on one of the roads leading out of town and to a check point, and proceeded to head in that direction.
As I drove in the direction of it, I could then see it off in distance, and I really became terrorized and unnerved.
As I approached the check point about 1/8 of a mile way now, I would see the guard booth on one side of the road, with a gate down across the road, with two military type guys standing outside the booth and by the gate.
 
I was now approaching the check point at about 50 yards, and saw that the guards appeared to be staring in my general direction, but not exactly at me, or so it appeared.
As I now got closer I prepared to put my foot on the brake, and to prepare for the stop.
I had my foot lightly on the gas pedal, while going about 30 MPH; but hadn't yet switched to the brake as I have mentioned above.
So that is an outline of the what I saw and was doing in the scene, as I neared the check point.
 
Then the scene changed.....completely.
The totally new scene showed nothing in front of me now but open road.
I was wondering where the check point had gone to when I looked in my rear view mirror, and it was in back of me!
My foot was still on the gas pedal, and I had never taken it off.
The gate was still down behind me, and the two guards were still looking in the direction that I had came in.
I hadn't even did anything except slow down a little on the approach, and no stop had ever been made.
 
I was absolutely stunned and shocked at this turn of unexpected events, and I then knew that I was free and clear of everything; my escape had been made, and I had nothing to do with it, except be there for it to happen.
I was excited and thrilled beyond belief; and the heavy burden that was previously present, had just vanished.
And oh sure, it certainly was an act of Faith when I did step up to put myself in that situation, while not knowing at all what was going to happen at the check point; but just knowing that it wasn't going to be good.
And as I drove away, the Sun even seemed to appear back in the west, and in the direction that I was going.

INTERPRETATION OF THE DREAM:
The flood waters of Lake Michigan certainly represented the judgment of the Lord God to befall this World.
As I have said before, I believe that we will be around for at least the start, and very early stages of it.
The hardened and guarded check point represents the satanic/NWO/antichrist snare that the Lord Jesus commands us for Watching and Praying to be found worthy for our escape from.
I had did nothing of myself to escape that check point/snare, except put myself there in Faith (obedience), for it to happen the way it did.
The rising Lake Michigan (judgment) was going to flood the whole area (World), but I managed to escape in its early flood stages, as well as escaping the check point (snare) at the same time.
The  great majority who had left town already were the ones who were going along with the World system, and had no fear of it, and in fact were fine with it.
Whereas the few stragglers left around like me were the ones who did have a fear of it, and were not fine with it.
This is not unlike how the Rapture will also be; an escape not only from the early wrath of the Lord God; but also from the snare that is now almost laid across the whole World.
 
I also said above that this dream is much closer now to becoming a reality, than it was back when I had it.
The primary reason I say this is because back when I had the dream, the present Communist style Homeland Security law, which has made a shamble of this nations civil liberties, had not then been set up yet.
 
And also because since that time, there have been instances over the past year or two, where military troops have been used in conjunction with local law enforcement to set up mobile check points on public roadways, and interfering with the movement of law abiding private citizens.
This has happened in Texas, Florida, Colorado and North Carolina, that I know of; and its not the function of military troops to be interfering with the lives of private citizens, or to make any contact with them as pedestrians on public highways; but it has been happening more and more just the same..
Federal troops are just not to be engaged alongside local law enforcement at check points in dealing with the public during normal times; but that seems to be a new order of things being introduced.
 
Now when the time comes that you hear of U.S. Federal troops, and or United Nations forces setting up hardened and permanent check points along public highways; you will then be able to conclude that the snare is now fully laid, and your escape from it, can't be too far away at that point.
When this particular marker happens, this country will be a fully functional police state; and with a closed society and controlled population under martial law; then be watching for super large natural disasters to run right alongside and concurrent with it; because it's going to be the Lord God really starting to deal out havoc then.
We can only speculate and wonder just how long we have for these things to happen.
My opinion: not long now.
