"Iraq moral irony"

I wonder if anyone else has noticed. First off, I do believe we must pursue the terrorists, but I find an irony in our objectives. We state we pursue giving freedom and democracy to Iraq and we seem to have a hard time understanding why they do not go along. The thing that comes to my mind is that democracy without morality is doomed. Many of us Christians realize that, having no moral standard only brings slavery and a rotting to a culture, Donna frequently reminds us of some of the areas. What do the Muslims think of our culture? Though they worship a false god they have a very high moral code. What they see in us is a corrupt and decaying culture. They really do not want to emulate us and they do believe that the reason we are allowed to be attacked is because Allah is punishing us for our decadence. If you look at the big picture you can see how cleaver it was to draw us into the middle of Islam by 9-11. Now they are picking away at us and our allies seem to be dropping like flies. This emboldens the terrorists and is true to the teachings of Mohamed who told them to bring fear into the hearts of those who do not believe in Allah. The tide is turning. This action in Iraq has only solidified and increased Islamic hatred of the US. I recall a prophecy in 93 that stated the Communists and the whole Arab world would attack America. Can you see that more clearly now. I think we have become blinded by our pride in our might. Our abandonment of morals has also blinded us. It really doesn't matter if we did everything correct in pursuing terrorism, we can not have it both ways. If we fall morally we fall militarily.
God bless
