"Year Zero"
Hi John & All:
First off, I just want to holler a big "Hello" to my
brother in Christ, Joe Hoyle. He is the only one I know who can get
me to burst out into a grin bigger than Alice-In-Wonderland's cheshire
cat, from a totally serious situation.
Oh and to answer his question: No.... I didn't get hit
in the noggin with a hockey puck, because my dogsled team ate it. (LOL)
Okay... having dispensed with formalities... (LOL).....
I truly don't wish to be offensive, and certainly hope
I am not a source of discouragement for any brother or sister seeking out
the return of our Lord Jesus Christ... which I am sure we are all in agreement
is soon -- although I wish it was yesterday. (LOL)
Miriam's defense of the alleged "Year Zero", as outlined
in her two examples yesterday, clearly does not make sense. But rather
than expound on why 100 - 1000 - 10000 (etcetera), is not
the same as zero (0), and rather than explain why the calculator example
is misleading, I will simply hold my tongue and prevent this from being
a messageboard tennis match.
Instead, I will simply allow time to be the judge.
When the rapture of the Church and the beginning of the
final 3.5 years of Daniel's 70th week does not happen by the spring/summer
of 2004 (this year), I would hope MIriam continues to diligently seek out
His return, and to share with the Doves.
God bless.
See ya in the air,
Eric
