I have always held onto pentecost being the rapture.....however Iwant to state that I also see the possibility of ascension day(May
20th) being the rapture because.....what happened with Jesus and the
disciples could be a shadow of what happens to the bride and the two
witnesses. If we are raptured on ascension day(just as Jesus
did).........the two witnesses will also appear on the scene on that
very day......and then they will wait for 10 days until pentecost to
receive power from on high to begin their ministry of preaching to
the Jews and then throughout the whole world just as the disciples
did..........could be a huge possibility...........one thing is 4
sure.......May 2004 will see the rapture........YES!

"And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they
should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the
Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me." Acts 1:4
^^^^^COULD BE A SHADOW OF THE TWO WITNESSES SENT OUT TO WAIT FOR THE
PROMISE OF THE FATHER(EMPOWERING) IN JERUSALEM ON ASCENSION DAY.
MOST LIKELY TO APPEAR AFTER THE DISAPPEARANCE OF THE BRIDE AND IN
THE MIDST OF THE CHAOS AND CONFUSION THAT FOLLOWS THE RAPTURE!
"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon
you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all
Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth."
Acts 1:8
^^^^^^^^^COULD BE A SHADOW OF THE TWO WITNESSES RECEIVING THE POWER
PROMISED THEM AS SPOKEN OF IN REVELATION 11 ON THE DAY OF PENTECOST
JUST AS THE DISCIPLES HAD RECEIVED 10 DAY LATER!
"And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall
prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in
sackcloth." Rev. 11:3
^^^^^^SOUNDS A LOT LIKE THE SAME EVENT. A SHADOW OR TYPE OF THE
OTHER!
"The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which
is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under
the sun." Eccl. 1:9
