Back on September 19, 2003, the "right hand" of Hurricane Isabel
"SHUT DOWN" Washington D.C.  I guess you could say that she (D.C.)
"thought" that she was "shut up tight"/ couldn't be touched...even
as the people of Jericho.

   On 9/19/03, Washington D.C. suffered a "VERY RARE SHUT DOWN"
   due to rain from "THE RIGHT HAND" of Hurricane Isabel.

was SHUT DOWN TIGHT because of Hurricane Isabel!!!  It's sort of interesting that
it occurs 7 days past the largest abortion (murder) rally in history!!!

Will something akin to what happened in Jericho happen in this country???
